There is a manual on the table which explains most of the mechanics. Other than that's it's just clicking and experimenting with different reactions.
Just to add to IQuick's comment, combining molecules generates different amounts of power, and temperature increases based on the speed and amount of molecules colliding with the edges! I hope this helps, and thanks for playing our game!
