Monogatari attempted to jump to the label named "OhSh!t" but it wasn't found on the script.
And last but definitely not least (actually this is the 1st error you reported but I went in a weird order) same exact problem as the other 3, route not added. Thanks for reporting these, I'll fix these in the next update.
