Oh, I found why. The original ZIP manual upload touch.zip (it seemed to need one on the game creation form) was somehow blocking the Butler upload touchtest-html5.zip from being displayed. On the web editor form I deleted touch.zip and then it was unblocked and displays OK now, thanks
