I think the idea now is you need to use incremental breeding, e.g. "I want massive balls": Pineapple a kobold until he's full, then make him breed another, the egg will contain a kobold that has bigger balls by default, repeat until gargantuan balls. As for the peenor, you can swap consciousness into a kobold with the peen you want, then use iteration breeding to get the colour and sizes you want? Takes longer but personally I prefer having to go through multiple iterations of kobold to get the one I want
The game used to have less limits. If you wanna do all the tedious incremental breeding, good for you, but I payed for a sandbox game, and it's getting further from that nearly every update. Give us better cheats, if nothing else. Seriously, it takes forever to get to a size that would've taken mere minutes if you had the production set up, it's all just unneeded tedium, and things show no sign of getting better
