For some reason I can't get the grades and discipline up to 100 so how can I change the rules at meeting bored? To progress in the game? Any tips will help.
1- You just need more influence to change rules, then you get more points :) For all rules you need 11 influence. (Version 0.12.3.1) 2- Increase your popularity to access all choices. 3- Do many patrols, in each patrol you can get grades, discipline, popularity depending on your decision and direct them in the desired direction.
