Add A Fiend Folio Content. (This Mod Contains sooo many enemies and items sooo... I Think its good idea.)

And Another Idea: Add character selection. (Like I choose Isaac, and you can change items in the store. I chose Magdalene, you can treat units, etc.)

Or because the player is Isaac then it could make the character selection difirent ways to play the game because magdalene doesn't need to have the same perspective of the game as like Isaac. So for example playing as Magdalene could give the game more of a kind vibe (or even gameplay)
