I'd say it needs improvement, the color used on the upper and lower clothes isn't very nice, and all the accessories on the head are unnecessary and just look out of place, maybe take off the paper mask and the paper boat and keep the crown? Overall it's a 5/10
Don't take this too seriously it's just a hobbie of mine :P
