hey vast! i no longer require your help as i have found a way, i will explain it so you can tell everyone
frist, download 7-zip
two, download chapter 3
three, right click on the file and go to the 7-zip area
then you want to go and click the top option, archive
you should see the game
after that, create a new folder and extract the game into that folder
now its playable!
