I'm not able to download the patches for some reason, even though I'm signed in and I've purchased the game. Can you help with that? Also, once that's sorted, do I need to install all of the patches, or just the latest?

I should probably stop calling my updated patches, I thinks it’s a bit confusing. But yeah all you need to do is sideload the latest version and all the fixes are there.
