Strange, I've never encountered this problem. What did you see after you died? Did you get a white screen that listed your score and asked if you wanted to "RELOAD"?
Yeah, like the menu screen, you press the letter in brackets to trigger the button. Though, you should be able to just click it as well. Glad to know nothing is broken, thanks!
