It's clear that the two of you know what you're doing, the visuals were stunning and the music/sound design was phenomenal. I think I had the most fun using the small incline on the right of the main map to launch myself into the air when I was sprinting and really enjoyed once I got the double jump and dash sprint. At the moment something's missing for me but its hard to put my finger on. It might have been that I wanted more visual story-telling, the art was soooooo good I wanted more of it so the exposition in the dialogue almost got in the way. I think the dialogue worked well for you when you needed to communicate what I was supposed to do or when it was funny/entertaining (the mush-room line made me laugh) but I think some of the lore could be communicated in small visual details you build into the world that the watchful player picks up on and pieces together. And while exploring I think I wanted more things to find like a house or a graveyard or a watchtower or an animal burrow (maybe an animal is a cool opportunity for conflict if you're looking for it), but I only wanted more because you did such a good job delivering what we did get.
Really really great job! If you have the time I would really appreciate some feedback on my game, having "E" appear when you approach a character is something I think I could use
