Yeah, unfortunately I can't rate anything
I think that's set by the jam organizer (this's from a different jam, but I assume these settings are the same for all itch jams)
I guess they set it to the most restrictive setting. :(
Hah, it seems they changed the setting. Now I can suddenly rate!
I brought it up on Discord and it was changed 😊
