Go all the way up through the sticker door not just stand infront of it or if you are refering to when it is bugged press f5 and restart. Sometimes when you get to 0 you need to refresh the web not restart the game. 3rd posible solution is gameplay: you need to kill the enemies in order to access the next rooms. At the start you have to get to the meteorite to get the sword.
If you pressed R you have to restar the web with F5 (we know a bug that makes the R reset key to block all doors, making it impossible to progress) so if you died or something weird happens always press F5 not R to restart. On gameplay you should kill all enemies before getting access to the doors, but you already did that so the solution should be the first mentioned.
