This was a super cool dungeon crawler, the combat mechanics felt cohesive and simple enough to grasp right away. The art and sound worked together really well to create a spooky setting and I felt a sense of dread wandering around the forest. I think it might have been a good idea to hint to the players to draw a map but I realize I can go back and do that. I wouldn't want a map in-game but I did eventually get lost a couple times when I accidentally lost track of how many times I had turned around.

We actually wanted to do a map that would show more as you traverse, but it was cut for time-constraints but definitely something we're hoping to put in post-jam so that we can polish it up properly and put more visual feedback into the user experience too.
