I loved the mechanic of cutting wires and being able to cut anywhere on the screen. The puzzles were a little confusing at first but then I got into the swing of things. The puzzles started to get too obscure by the stage where it crossed wires with the book and I mostly had to do it through trial and error because the clues were too opaque and open to interpretation. It wasn't clear if the previous rules carried over to the new rooms or not, and by the time the clock puzzle came in there were so many conflicting different clues that I wasn't sure where to begin. I thought I might have to do it clockwise, or start from the shadowy area, or from the lightest area but then cut the sun, but it was the eye and... I think it just became too complexed and the puzzles too vague without a way to review the clues in full.
I loved the sound, it played really well each time it restarted and I was really grooving to it. The countdown timer looked great too.
It all felt very authentic, and the UI was just right. Mostly fives!

Hey Polyducks, thanks for checking it out and thanks for a really fun jam! This was our first time participating in GB JAM :)
You certainly weren't alone in finding the puzzles a bit too cryptic - one of our playtesters described it as a "puzzle gamers puzzle game". We get very mixed reviews about the difficulty and it was the biggest design challenge we faced by far.
