Fun game concept.
I have a terrible sense of rhythm and timing for lining up when the action was allowed (right in front of the player). Maybe a yellow indicator line or square on the ground, or the pumpkin sprite getting a little brighter (or something) indicating when the action could be completed would have made it easier to line up the timing to be able to start a streak if you can keep with the beat.
Unfortunately my sense of timing was not good enough to even know if the music kept beat with the pumpkins...but the music didn't really assist me in keeping a beat. That said, I was still able to string together an 11 pumpkin streak.
When modes were named hard and nightmare...I was wondering where 'easy' was. The 'hard' game mode was appropriately labeled...it was hard.
Nightmare mode is where the look direction mattered. The instructions could have pointed out that W/S were for nightmare mode only. Initially in hard mode I kept pressing W/S to try and figure out what I needed to look at. I'm guessing nightmare mode was pretty impossible for me.
I like this game and can't fault you for my not being good at this type of game.
