Check "C:\Users:yourname:\AppData\LocalLow\Lightning Rooster Prouctions\OoT" for your saves on your old pc, and then just drop them in that same folder on your new pc!

Just overwrite the existing IMAGES~ and GAMESCRIPTS~ folders in the main game directory.
