So why then does the choice to talk about Kotone and her tricks occur but nothing to report another actual threat to people's lives like a damn succubus that tries to eat souls, even if it is on accident?

Also, did you even read and understand the camper quest?

The recall stone wasn't working and the other succubi had to pry their friend off.

So I don't really know why you think killing doesn't happen.
