Yes, I got permission from the developer to translate this. I got this info from Redkitten teams working on the Russian translation of this game. There are also Chinese translations of it as well. Check the developer's site for more information.

Oh btw, I've replayed the game so many times to get ending 3 but I still only get ending 2. So if you don't mind, can you give me some hints to get ending 3?

-Don't be friendly with the boy.
-Don't pick up the item from Gardener's room
-Don't pick the notebook. Go straight to the exit.
