idea (very difficult)
make nations spawn with better names, if the country originates in germany, make it something to do with germany (German Empire, n@zi germany, Weimar Republic, exc) if it spawns near russia/Belarus/Ukraine border make it something with any of them (like Belarus, USSR, Ukranian SSR, exc)
with turkey it could it ottoman empre, byzantine empire, turkey or maybe even greek city-states
it would be difficult to add (especially in countries like russia, which are quite big) but if succesfull could certainly make the experience better, having names you know and recognize without having to spend 10 minutes changing every name manually.
