thank you for the feedback! I am aware about the rng taking a bit of a heavier role in this game. Some features that i planned did not make it in the final product since i had to work all weekend and only had a short amount of time to work on my game.
I attempted to make it into a "get rewarded by pushing your luck". I had about a hour before the deadline to balance gameplay out so I focused on the more important parts like power scaling instead of adding variety for strategic purposes.
I will definitely come back after the jam and add the more strategic bits that I left out.
