Im playing S1 as a cis male but in some chapters some people call me she/her. Is this some kinda bug ?

No. Im playing all the game as he/him. I even tried to restart the game
Then you need to change your pronouns. Pronouns do not equal gender. The choice is on the same page and in Settings.
