Hi, i have a problem, when i try to load my file from the end of chapter 16 the game has an error and returns me to the start ofchapter 12

What should i do?

What device? I change the codes at the very end whenever I move to a new chapter, so it might have some incompatibilities. Have you tried loading a different save?

I have a ZTE V10, and i only have one save unfortunately so i can't do that test, you need the error screen that shows?

If you could, sure. Though I think I know this error and you might have to start again. There's the skip feature for that just in case.

Yeah, I recognize this error, and I have an idea on how to prevent this, but for your case, you have to start over, my apologies. I also suggest making a new save for every chapter. Thanks!
