Probably the best source for listing diseases followed symptoms may be 'First Aid for the USMLE STEP 2 CK'. This is the study guide for the second two years of med school--so its better at listing disease symptoms, diagnoses, and treatment options. Some other resources might get you bogged down with physiology, genetics, pathology of disease, not just symptoms. You would have to pay about $30 (if you want it legally). OTherwise, I think the best FREE resource might be onlinemeded.com. Through their 'clinical' then 'topics' links, you can find all subjects, followed be disease states--then through a 10-15min video they will list all pertinent symptoms. Hope that helps! If you find a resrouce but not sure, send us the link and we'll check it out.
