It looked like the Eastern powers were going to destroy the world, but from what I've noticed, Eastern powers get massive and die out much faster, Western powers usually are much smaller but last for much more years.
9 out of 10 of the Hall of Fame were from Eastern Europe, but Morocco played quietly, slowly taking over nations and ultimately won.
