I have failed to grasp Monero after about 28 hours of total research time. This is probably because of my lack of experience in cryptocurrency trading. There are a lot of things I have on my hands besides this. If you had an alternative method of doing this transfer, I would be happy to leave a tip.
fair enough. i understand. crypto is a pain in ass to figure out. what i can tell you is that you would have to find an exchange service that you buy it from using fiat. however i have no experience with buying it myself. i think once exchange that sells Monero is called kraken but i have no idea if their service is any good or not. a lot of these services are quite shady.
i'd rather not use services that require sensitive information like PayPal to accept donations from because i don't know how much of that is shared with others. and for personal reasons, i refuse to use patreon, subscribestar, ko-fi, or liberapay. i guess i am out of options. so don't worry about it.
