It's good that you've revived it and can work on it. You already have two baseline terrains to use as levels and a playable character too, so you just need to add on top of that ＼(^ω^＼)
Did you have an idea of what kind of game you wanted to make? With acceleration as a mechanic you could do a racing game or a planet exploring game and make the player a little Mars Rover type character! The possibilities are endless lol
My first thing I do when testing a game is see if I fall off the edges, so make sure to put invisible walls or some form of barrier to stop me yeeting myself into the void (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*✲ﾟ*｡⋆ it's surprising how many people forget to do that lol
