The graphics and perspective are solid!
Sound effect on hitting an enemy would add some juice to the game. The toxic blood fumes look great, however, I wish they had went away after some time. I was surrounded by them early on and had no choice but to go through them. Some form of healing would be great. Also, the length of daytime, in the beginning, was a bit longer than necessary. Could probably cut it in half.
Overall a solid game, great job!
