Could you tell me if this is a normal procedure or if I might be infringing some rules, I don't think so but before I posted I read somewhere that excessive tags might cause it and I do have 10 which does seem excessive
It's triggered automatically by certain kinds of changes. Probably nothing to worry about. I'd be surprised if it was the number of tags, the hard cap of ten exists for a reason.
