I have to say, this game is very well made. I just have 1 major issue. - So the biggest problem I run into is Food. Regardless of if I take extra starting food, and playing Elf-Blooded, and using a Hunger Charm, I move 1 space it takes quite a bit of food away. I run out of money just buying food, and half the characters I've made have starved to death. Honestly, if you could do something about food consumption with items & racial traits to prevent it, or lessen it's consumption a bit, I'm sure it'd be a bit more fun in the long run.

The only other issue I have is the extreme difficulty of the early game progression. I find it nearly impossible to do combat with Warrior or Paladin. Most of my characters rely heavily on Seduction as a result, and are usually Thieves. But, that's my only comment. Combat is 10 times harder than going Seduction, and high Agility/Perception/Charisma builds. - It feels very one-sided there.

I'm uncertain how many (Ironman) endings you've gotten, but those help drastically with early game progression. You gotta hunt down "bad end" places, but its really not the worst, as you can just choose to fail at those endings. Each one gives you an extra point for later runs.  This can also solve your food problem, though I would personally say that oral might be the better route as that fills your food meter up as well.

you can open your save file in Notepad ++ and edit how much food you have plus you can edit how much money you have too along with other goodies but make sure you backup the save before editing.

take extra starting gold instead then spam sleep at inns, as for combat regarding strength and endurance, try comboing overrun then crushing blow also take second wind and iron wall and try to experiment with attack patterns.
