I think it is a very ambicious idea, and it would be great if you continue with it or something similar after the jam ends :) I think it is very original, and you can get infinite results mixing genes. Good work!

Absolutely, I agree that this has so much potential with the number of outputs that can occur. We've already started re-planning some of our original requirements and we're hoping to make it into a full game someday.
