Dildo/onahole - these items speed up masturbation, (the dildo could be the same dildo from the comic “Max gets a new toy” as a fun little nod)
Chastity belt - enemies must break the belt before they can fuck Max, providing an extra layer of protection from corruption, however while it’s equipped Max cannot masturbate.
Vick’s halo - allows you to summon Vick, reward for defeating Corrupted Vick, because someone will do that sooner or later if it’s possible, no matter how hard, but Vick can still be corrupted if the item is overused.
Dildona - similar to the dildo, but also turns Max into a girl while using it.
Dickmilker - like the onahole, however causes a delay before regaining control after use. Fills the milk tank a bit when finished.
Titmilkers - turn Max into a girl and milk those tits, fills the milk tank during use, but does not affect the pleasure bar.
Milk gun - shoots “milk” in the forward direction out of a dildo shaped gun, slowing down any enemies it hits, depletes the milk tank.
Purity milk - can only be used if the milk tank is completely full, allows for the removal of a corruption seed after masturbation, but fully empties the milk tank and causes a now full Max to move slower for a while.
