Unless RenPy has default quicksave function, then not really. We haven't added this option ourselves, but we can :v
I noticed a screen for quicksaves, and have missed oldschool F5 for quicksave and F9 for quickload. Besides me pining for certain conveniences, loving the game thus far. Cheers mate.
