What are those yellow boxes on top right meant to represent?

And do we know what corrupted runs mean exactly? I assume when it is complete an uncorrupted/corrupted "good end" would be different?

These details will make a bit more sense once the VN  is complete. They are included in the current builds because it easier to code them in now instead of all at the end. But basically there will be a small incentive to attempt at least one un-corrupted run for each path.
