Weird, I'm way passed the first collection day and I've never gotten the Katelyn interaction in the office, I've been in there multiple times as well. Honestly lmao I might just restart the game at this point
Yeah its possible your game just bugged and you need to restart. Sadly this game has few game ending bugs that still haven't been fixed. Good luck on your second play through.
