Hi there, thanks a bunch!! It kind of is, but as the license states, you can have a few exceptions and I’ve stated mine on my asset’s page: you can modify the sprites and then use them in your commercial projects as well; you don’t have to credit me (although don’t claim that the assets were made by you either!); and you can’t resell the sprites, even if they were modified (so like idk creating an itchio account and selling an asset pack with my sprites).

And yes, you can use it in your game! Although didn’t really understand what kind of images you want to provide in your internal data file? :”D

I make sure I credit everyone in my game, that includes you.  I talked to a person that understands more about all this legal stuff and now I understand better.

So the summary of the long story is: all sprites will be stored in my own specific internal format (it's like a zip file with light encryption), accessible via a tool I made (which will be available for download too). So my worry was if someone sold their own skins of my game (which I also don't allow), but as far as I understood, I'm not held accountable for providing the tool, I was worried I would be so, that's why I had those questions.

Yeah, I don't think you are, since you aren't directly reselling the sprites!
