Actually, it isnt gacha heat. Gacha heat is naked or overly sexualized characters that preform inappropriate actions to another character or even they themself. This character is simply wearing a black outfit. The dress/pants might be short but even if so lots of people wear these type of outfits. Also, the face may look sus but it could just be a expression of being surprised or just a model face that the creator chooses as her/his/their main face.
