if you're on Windows and are willing to use a Microsoft player, the built in "Movies & TV" player is surprisingly well-suited for this.
You can use the ... menu to set the video to play on repeat, and also set it to crop the video to fill your entire screen, in case your screen is in an aspect ratio I didn't export for!
