Soft fabric can only be crafted on Rahim's workbench. For crafting you need:
Cashmere x2 (drop from Goat Huntsman)
Flax flower x2 (can be found in the Sparkling Lagoon | Swamp near the forest)
Patch x3 (drop from Dummy)
Right but you need the blueprint first right?
You need just get a quest from Cane to fix apron.
