Although I always thought that was kind of weird... Let me explain:

Because don't you think he would notice his "perfectly made sandwich" made for work or whatever reason for tomorrow went missing out of the refrigerator suddenly overnight?.

I'm just saying, I don't just make a sandwich the night before and forget about it lol... She's going to get caught either way if those are her only options... Especially over time.

And she could have just made ramen from searing hot water out of the sink. I've done it loads of times. No cooking involved. What, is his hot water not running?. xD. She really is an idiot lol. 
Although not very nutritional, a missing cup of Ramen is a lot less noticeable than a premade sandwich. At least it will be something to fill her belly with.
I do not agree that Ramen should be a "game over"

...God have mercy on her soul once he looks up in that empty attic with no where for her to hide or run away because his sandwiches kept turning up missing though and he put two and two together. 

At least the Turkey made sense lol. Moving that would make a lot of noise and definitely be noticeably missing. 

... I'm also there is not another option and/ or ending where she can choose to approach him in the bedroom...
