My progress was lost after patching.

Your save files are stored in a separated file from your game, so patching alone shouldn't cause that issue.

I moved the game files to SD card. The saves are still there but the game can't read the saves and it creates a new one. I can't see where the new saves are stored now.

Browse the new game files until you find the folder named "saves". Drop your old save files in there and it should work.

If you are going to notice the address bar, the saves are already in the "saves" folder. But there are no currently new saves (phone files) formed. And then the old saves aren't loaded.

Huh, I failed to notice the entire filepath and have inadvertantly made a fool of myself. I honestly don't know then, as that should have worked. My limited knowledge of mobile gaming can't help any more than I have tried, so hopefully someone else can help you find a solution to your issue.
