Came back to add to my previous comment that this wee game really stuck with me and I found myself thinking about it a lot after. I'm not sure I can put my finger on it, but to me, the connotations of the name and description; the dimly lit, limited view; the freedom in the stillness and eerie quiet; and the confrontation moment with the mural all combine to create a contemplative/philosophical/art experience that really gives you something of this city. It's also edgy as fuck.
