there are none to my knowledge, because this community consists of lazy bum arounds. But I never had problems with editing Food, Gold, BaseStats, you just change the number in the line that is named accordingly.
I use QuickEdit on my phone, worked just fine. Just don't paste huge numbers in stats, you can make them 10 or 12, it will be enough. If your app is really the problem, try searching some text editors for programming.
