Ohh! The Neon Square has returned!
Turning off certain controls is a stroke of genius and really made for some interesting level design (which you did well!). I wasn't much intrigued by the audio if I may be perfectly honest, but everything else in the game was just top-notch, the controls, the responsiveness, the UI, the menu, the art, the level design, great submission!
