Dear Jan:
here is everything i think is wrong with your game. take this as constructive criticism to continue to make your future works better

  1. no itch io page theme, while images aren't necessary, at least pick a few colors,
  2. the game is only for windows, it's fine to not have a web port. but at least make a mac or Linux port. some people don't want to use Windows, or don't have access to a windows machine.
  3. it still has the default unity splash screen for some reason. maybe try checking your licenses and use something with a little more flare.
  4. the settings button is a little hard to find. I can't pick a windowed mode either. also, the version under settings just says "(beta 1)" instead of having a real version number.
  5. the pixel sizes on the basket, ball, and cloud are very inconsistent.
  6. the slow motion feels jagged, add some smoothing maybe? and the physics feels a little floaty,
  7. you can score through the bottom of the hoop.
  8. the game taunts at music and SFX in the settings, but I cannot hear any in game.
  9. the game abruptly cuts between levels,
  10. the hitbox of the hoop could be a little more lenient
  11. the level design is a little boring. maybe you need some more mechanics to spice it up,
  12. sometimes the ball just doesn't go in the right direction??
  13. the camera could use a little bob, since we're in the sky, it just makes sense. either follow the ball slightly, or just a little tilt, pan and zoom.
  14. a little cooldown could help, i find myself making small, quick micro adjustments instead of long, accurate throws.
  15. a level indicator is needed, it helps me know where I am, I can give feedback on individual levels. and shows a sense of progression.
  16. my game either soft locked, or the last level shows no indication that you beat the game. not satisfying at all.
  17. the game has autosaving built in. and that's what you want. but there is no way to see the progress of your save, or delete it (except for removing the appdata of course)

So clearly, you've been working very hard on this and spent a lot of time polishing it up. a little more and you might just have a v0.2

and you got a few things right, it seems you've been paying a lot of attention to frame deltas as the game runs fine at 60hz and 240hz.

1. Added it

2. Making a linux version right now

3. I'm not paying money for unity

4. Sounds like you need a pair of glasses and I don't care about the version number.

5. The pixel sizes are either 16x16 or 15x15 so it's not very inconsistent

6. The slow motion doesn't feel jagged so it might be your pc and the ball is supposed to be a little floaty

7. Makes the game easier ;)

8. I think it's something with your audio as Sam can hear the music when he plays the game

9. I'm working on a menu when you complete a level

10. No.

11. I'm going to add a little twist when you complete all the levels

12. I think that's because if it's going left and you pull right then it doesn't produce enough power so it keeps going left.

13. I was thinking when you score it will make the camera shake/zoom in and I might add it so it follows the ball a bit.

14. I might add that but I'm worried that it'll make the game too hard.

15. I'm also working on a stats button in the setting where you can see what level you are on (I might put it somewhere else - I don't know yet).

16. Go look at 11

17. Go look at 15

Thanks for your feedback!
