Being 14 kinda limits your options, the system on itch literally requires tax information, which you don't exactly have at 14.
I the guess best advice at this point is just make games for free, get practice in. i think you can get a W2 once you turn 16? (I'm assuming that you live in the States, so this is entirely wrong in another country.)
