Yeah, that's pretty much what I mean by 'choice'. The actions of other characters are based on the choices you make. If you don't want your girl to fuck another guy, tell her ‘no’. If you like it, tell her ‘yes’. If you're into characters who don't give a fuck about what you think or say, you'll encounter those as well. That doesn't mean there will be a choice about letting your wife fuck other guys, it just means that your choices will have an impact on the behavior of other characters.
What I can't give you at this moment is a detailed list of choices you might encounter in the future or a hint of what plot twists to expect. That would be against the very nature of a plot twist. However, I can assure you that there won't be any super farfetched or crazy over-the-top plot twists that will make your beloved wife go into full hoe mode over night with you waking up to a nasty NTR scene where she enjoys getting banged by 30 very intimidating looking thugs at the same time.
