secon level is unfinishable. Did you tried ANY testing beforehand?

You need to shoot full charge. Can't need to click on rocket for shooting. Hold down any point and move the cursor. If you still can't finish it, you can watch the video

its impossible to do full charge in the necessary direction, since i cannot drag my mous off the monitor

Press the right side of your monitor (for example, towards the black hole). Drag and drop to the left side. You may not press on the Spaceship.
