The second cover is more representative of your game. The first one looks like it could be anything -- a visual novel, etc.
The "PC Game" tag doesn't seem necessary. If you're uploading it to Itch or any other game site I think most people are going to assume it's a kind of game anyways. What would be more helpful is specifying what platforms it supports: Windows, Linux, OS X, Mobile, etc.
