ATTENTION PLEASE MY FLUFFY FRIENDS
at long last I have found a somewhat solution to the cut off issues.
try going into the Fullscreen in game.
THEN right click with the mouse and at the bottom of the options you should see the inspect option
Click inspect!
From there you can actually adjust the window you're viewing the game in!
The game is fully functional and as long as you stay inside of the inspect window you can see all of the screen just by adjusting things when needed!
